VIDEOGRAPHY
Whether it is events, service, corporate or products videography, Viet has experience in all these realms of video production. From the planning, to the shooting, to delivery of the final edit, Viet can deliver throughout this entire process with ease. SOCIAL CONTENT
Viet’s specialisation in social media content is pivotal to many of his clients. Working with multiple agencies to produce viral content, Viet’s videos have accumulated almost a million views. Viet knows the psychology behind algorithms on different platforms, and how businesses can leverage this to promote their brand.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Beside videography, Viet is also a photographer and has often served clients in a hybrid capacity to deliver both video and photos. His ethos is to capture people and subjects in their truest light to showcase how people should perceive them. He is also recently open to creative experimentation in his photography with collaborations with artists.
DIRECTING
As an emerging director, Viet has a strong and distinct vision for every project he takes on from an indie rock band music video (LIFE IN FEAR OF LOVE) to a small slice of life drama short (Duet, Chook). Filmmaking is his greatest passion and he is constantly working on more projects to not only express himself but other creatives as well.
FILM ROLES
ASSISTANT DIRECTING
On film sets, Viet is an incredibly adaptive and dilligent assistant director (AD). His strict adherance to preproduction and production rules makes him an asset to production no matter what stage of the project. Having managed crews of over 20 people by himself, he has proven in a short time that he is a capable of running film sets smoothly.
WRITING/WRITING CONSULTING
Amongst many things, Viet is also a freelance screenwriter. He has been writing creatively for most of his life, with screenwriting taking the majority of his works. Short film, commercial and feature film scripts are among some of the works that he has written. Much of his directorial work has been written by him as well.
CAMERA/LIGHTING ASSISTING
With a videography and photography background, it is impossible for Viet to avoid the camera or lighting departments on some of the projects he has worked on, often displaying more expertise than peers with more experience than him.
